Yoga 

We will have yoga ranging from Dynamic Vinyasa  to Yin.  The yoga will be for ALL abilities with lots of different options and varieties for all.

I genuinely believe that yoga is for ALL shapes, sizes, fitness levels and flexibilities.

Classes will range from 75-90 minutes. 

There will also be an AcroYoga session and a Workshop relating to either Arm Balances and Inversions or Backbends. 

One of the yoga sessions will be on the beach.

 

Surf  

We will be surfing for a few hours on the scheduled surf days.

We will have one surf theory lesson and 1 Video Analysis session so we can give you feedback on what you are doing well and what you can improve on.

Our surf classes will be split into beginner and intermediate. The separate classes will ensure the classes are tailored to your needs so if you have never surfed before don't let that stop you coming.

The student teacher ratio will be maximum of 4 students to 1 teacher. 

All our local surf instructors are Canggu natives so they have grown up by the beaches and breaks we will be surfing ensuring you get all the comfort and safety in the water that suits you.
